How long will my print(s) take to arrive?

I will have your print(s) printed, framed and ready for dispatch within 3 working days. Once posted, you will receive an email to confirm that the order has been fulfilled and your package should be with you within 5 working days. If there is a delay, please contact me.

On the website, some prints have your logo on them. Will this be on my print?

No! This is simply used as a device to stop people saving the image on their computer and printing it off at home, thus avoiding paying for the art work (cheeky!). Your print, once purchased, will be pristine.

Can I ask you to do special shots/prints for me?

Yes! I’m happy to be contacted (via the ‘Contact’ tab) and will then be in touch to discuss your requirements. I don’t have a fancy studio, so tend not to do portraiture as typically conceived of. I can however produce a set of ‘proof’ prints on your chosen topic/theme for you to look at (there will be a small up-front cost for this, which will be deducted from your first print), and you can then buy as many as you like!

Do you use AI in any of your work?

No! That said, I suppose it depends on your working definition of ‘AI’! Computer-based processing software could be seen as the thin end of the AI wedge, but beyond ‘tweaks’ to exposure, some cropping and alignment, what you see is what I saw through the camera. My aim is to facilitate as accurate a representation of the object/scene as possible, but at the same time, some of my work is deliberately more abstract: something AI cannot cope with - ambiguity is the enemy of the AI algorithm, so some of my work aims to work on what is perceived, rather than just what is seen.
